Hello. You've heard of the term -- anglo, perhaps? It is a term derived in the 90's. Relating to Hispanic social criticism. Of which --anglo-- means traditional American heritage.
So such a character is not binded by color; but culture. As a nativist: i would like you to realize that race is not culture.
I do not observe Fair Use, nor Creative Commons. I find the belief and practise of Public Domain as license to be delinquent, among properly evaluating property and autonomy. Reblogging is commie.
